In 1994
Keat, Sally and their two sons Kevin and Mark (now teenagers) moved back
to Cambodia to begin this ministry. After working in the country and
assessing the situation for two years Keat and Sally purchased a half-acre
of land as the site for the church and their home. By September 1996,
using their own assets, they funded and

built the
church, and a two-story house on the property. The family quarters are
upstairs and the downstairs four bedrooms and kitchen are quarters for
visitors and missionaries. The complex has been used to assist other
Christian churches in the area.
Keat & Sally continue to train full-time staff
to evangelize and disciple new believers. The church has now grown to 70
members. This church community is active in evangelism, discipleship and neighborhood cell groups,
etc. In order to fulfill The Great Commission. Regular worship
service
is at 7:30 am each Sunday.
Organization
Principles The Cambodian Mission Outreach is a US non-profit,
501 C-3 Corporation, which was established in 1995 to equip and enable
Cambodian nationals to reach other nationals. This corporation is
organized exclusively for charitable purposes.
- Keat and Sally Kove fund all CMO facility overhead expense at this
time.
- Keat and Sally and all Christian workers
in the US are 100% unpaid volunteers. All Christian volunteers who
travel to Cambodia will fund their own travel expenses and overhead.
Housing and food will be supplied at a reasonable cost at the CMO
guesthouse.
